Pick Up The Phone This instant

I enjoyed this new single enough to download the entire album. Nice sound, catchy, and with good beats. I am glad artisits are starting to branch out and try some new things, but with a bit of an old twist. The lead singer reminds me of Christina Amphlett of the Divinyls - able to sound sweet and innocent, but you know there is sooo much more going on. I like Pick up the Phone, as well as other songs on the album, including Big Sunglasses, Don't be Fummy, and Come on be good.Get more detail about Pick Up The Phone.

TiK ToK Review

This is the champion of the worst songs to ever be released on the public. The message is garbage, the vocals sucks, the lyrics which I doubt she even writes are complete pathetic trash. The sad part is people like this tripe. Get more detail about TiK ToK.

Shop For Sexy Bitch (Featuring Akon;explicit)

Inspired and sincere dance beat, expertly executed Autotuning intertwining seamlessly with the Guetta's vocals, misogynist not only in name but in lyric as well, the latest single from David Guetta and Akon is perhaps the greatest masterpiece that has ever graced my ears. This is the voice of our generation-

no, not only of our generation. This is the defining song of mankind itself. From Akon's desperate struggle over "tryna find the words to describe this girl without being disrespectful" to man's universal desire to "stop what I'm doin so I can pull up close" to a woman who can only be described as Venus incarnate, this song explores the deeper themes of mankind: the inexpressibility of love, and our eternal struggle against our envious self, as evidenced by the line "Cause every girl in here wonna be her". Guetta and Akon even go so far as to explore the evolution of art through history, alluding to such great works as Shakespeare. From Akon's line, "Nothing you can compare to your neighbourhood hoe", the listener's mind cannot help but conjure up images of Shakespeare's famous sonnet. This allusion to a man who has had arguably the greatest impact on the art of the English language, Guetta and Akon take their rightful place alongside him. They ultimately tie in past with present in an ethereal and flawless manner.

Truly, "Sexy Bitch" is the magnum opus of Mankind. Get more detail about Sexy Bitch (Featuring Akon;explicit).

Where To Buy Pi Records Amazon Sampler

Interesting mix of different jazz styles. Not your typical elevator junk. Even my husband, who is a professional jazz guitarist, listened to it and liked it. I would definitely have paid for this music. Thank you Amazon for a great mix!Get more detail about Pi Records Amazon Sampler.

Purchase Alter The Ending (Amazon MP3 Exclusive Deluxe Version)

I'll admit, the last two Dashboard albums weren't the best. The albums felt too calculated; the songs felt like they worked too hard to fit each piece into a perfect puzzle, and ended up losing the middle pieces along the way. Alter the Ending really doesn't disappoint at all. I think it's worth the few extra dollars to get the double disc version, and the fact that the guys even decided to release two versions of each song shows that they care about their fans. What I like most about this album is that it's grown up; the lyrics and the music have grown up with the fans, or rather the fans have grown up with the music. We're not 21, we're older now, and while singing along to the oldies but goodies still feels good, it doesn't mean the same thing anymore because we're not in that place in life anymore. No News is Bad News, Water and Bridges, and Hell on the Throat make up my favourite part of the album; it's like singing along to Screaming Infidelities, but grown up, mature, and wiser for the years.Get more detail about Alter The Ending (Amazon MP3 Exclusive Deluxe Version).

Cheap The Fame Monster

I am surprised I like this collection of songs so much. I'm also surprised Amazon would sell me a censored product and not label it as such. I'm expecting a refund. I will repurchase the unexpurgated version.

Apart from that, the songs are catchy and listenable apart from the amazing videos. Get more detail about The Fame Monster.

Buying Far

I must say, when Begin To hope came out in 2006, I was very disappointed at how poppy mainstream it sounded, and there were only a few good songs on the album. Now this one, Far, will blow you away. It has the creative edge of Soviet Kirsch, her first album, with dark, agressive, piano playing. The music itself tells a story, and her quirkiness and pure talent will keep you asking for more. This is one cd you can play over and over in your car and never get tired of.Get more detail about Far.

Buy Flaming Arrow

This is one the very best new songs I've heard for some time, a classic piece of upbeat, melodic songcraft with a gentle mid-60s feel and crisp modern production. There's a steady rhythm and a nice build to this song. Well worth checking out!Get more detail about Flaming Arrow.

Cheapest Boom Boom Pow

"Boom Boom Pow" is one of the worst pop songs ever written. If this song is used in "enhanced interrogations",I wouldn't be surprised. It's got auto-tune to show that Fergie can't sing, and it's pseudo-rap. While I don't remember any cuss words,it's a terrible song--on the same level of I Gotta Feeling The "boom boom pow" chorus is annoying. This song is like nails on a chalkboard. It's THAT bad.Get more detail about Boom Boom Pow.

Discount Vanguard Visionaries Series Sampler

The sound quality of these songs is amazing. I have Odetta's Midnight Special from At the Gate of Horn already loaded on my iPod, but when I play it next to this recording the difference is just startling. The sound quality is so much clearer, so much richer on this recording. Her voice is amazing and it's even more enjoyable on this recording. Obviously all the recordings are classics - you simply can't go wrong with this one. Amazing sound quality, amazing songs, and amazing price.Get more detail about Vanguard Visionaries Series Sampler.

Save The O'Neill Brothers Wedding Music: Amazon Sampler

The first time I listened to this album, I actually thought to myself "what a rip-off to George Winston!". The first few songs like Falling In Love, Reminiscent Joy, and Canon In D, all have amazing similarities to Winston's style, and Falling In Love's last part even contains a part of one of Winston's songs. Taking that into consideration, however, the O'Neill Brothers managed to add enough alterations, including additional string instruments and saxophone, to make the songs different while still sounding fresh and original.

Canon In D is a must-listen, with its piano loosely based on Winston's version, the focus of this song instead shifts to a violin's perspective, adding a springy livelihood and amazing feelings to this classic. Overall this sampler album is an excellent listen and will be worthy of any wedding or just a rainy afternoon.

Low Price All I Ever Wanted

Kelly Clarkson has obvious talent, but her albums have never been really, TRULY exciting. Thankful was okay, but I didn't really care for Breakaway not because it was bad, but because every single song seemed to be about heartbreak. And My December was one of those cases where an album gets pushed back and after you listen to it, you understand why. Well, since I already have her first three albums, I figured why not listen to All I Ever Wanted?

First off, there are some emotional songs on here, but the subject matter isn't nearly as abundant as it was on some of Kelly's previous albums. And although they might sound decent, I don't know if they're the kind of songs you would run and tell a friend about either. I mean, "If I Can't Have You" is above-average, but after looking at the title, you can pretty much guess what the next line will be -- yep, "I don't want anyone".

But the good news is that the best songs were released first. I wasn't a big fan of "My Life Would Suck Without You" mainly because of the title, but it grew on me; and "I Do Not Hook Up" might be the best song on the album. "Already Gone" is quality too, as is the necessary end-of-album spiritual song "If No One Will Listen", which was originally done by Keri Noble.

The only real misstep is the out-the-place emo sound of "Whyyawannabringmedown"; and the way the chorus kicks in on the title track sounds weird. All I Ever Wanted isn't a bad album but it's probably something that only her biggest fans will be saying. B.I.F.

Lowest Price The Bends [Explicit]

This is a strong album with enduring musical riffs. I only lament that Amazon's sale pricing today is for the "explicit" version. I'm not a prude, nor do I wish to censor artist license (I don't think Radiohead takes it "too far"), but for the family iPod, I'm going to have to abstain this time. Bummer!Get more detail about The Bends [Explicit].

Christmas Tree Decide Now

I love this song!! Such a catchy pop tune, and yet still just 'Christmas-y' enough to get me in the holiday spirit. Yes, it is a little racy, but I would be disappointed with anything less from Lady GaGa! Definitely worth a download!Get more detail about Christmas Tree.
